This looks like a good deal for someone.

more room for improvement with a turbo imo i think super chargers shine best on v8's but a set of twins off of say a skyline might really wake this motor up lol

superchargers don't give a damn what they are bolted to anymore than a turbo does...........................I know nothing about the engine in topic but do I assume correctly the factory sc is a centrifugal? If so,ya,I'd likely agree.

this i don't know, however i imo believe the turbo makes a better tq lower in the rpm band.

If it is a positive displacement SC such as a Roots or Whipple it will have instant torque at low rpm. If it is a centrifugal it will act more like a turbo. Basically a centrifugal is just a belt driven turbo of sorts. That's why I ask if it is a centrifugal on the Ford.

always been my understanding that a super charger eats power to make power so if that's true then the smaller the engine more it has to eat vs make imo so i would think that on a v8 it would be more beneficial than a 4 cyl or 6 however from what i can find online they came with Eaton M90 roots-type supercharger. now after viewing a few dyno sheets ( not on the the super coupe) it appears that the tuners can bring tq in sooner than on a sc on bike or smaller 6 cyl engines. the tq line spikes fast and is not as linear a line as the sc but seems to ramp up quicer now on larger displacement engines like v8's seems to go the other way.  i don't know the tuners or builds just based off the papers they put up.

now the super coupe sc uses an innercooler like a turbo where the sc 3800 chevy doesn't use one at all and i think you have to mount one under the sc on the gm and looks like most are water coolers and expensive! if you want to keep the stock sc on the gm.
